For many of us this is a time of great change. Circumstances and events are moving along at too fast a clip for us to be comfortable, and can make things feel out of control. Most of these changes are good ones and should be embraced. Only through change can we grow and improve our lives. Wouldn’t it be terribly boring if it was always the same? I’m reminded of a quote, “Life’s journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well-preserved body, rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting ‘Holy Shit! What a ride!’”
