While it is important that we stay focused on the business at hand – making a living – it is equally important that we remember to take care of our physical, mental and spiritual bodies as well. There is much more to life than “keeping up with the Joneses”, and the balance must be maintained. Now that most of the rush from the holiday season is over, reality is setting back in and we’re all dreading having to pay for the excesses we may have indulged in to make it special. Yes, take care of business, but also remember that YOU are part of that business. Make the time to relax, de-stress, and (dare I say it?) smell the roses.
